Refund policy

Absolutely no items may be returned for any reason without prior permission. A handling and restocking fee of 20% will be charged on parts returned for credit or refund unless defective. All returned items must include the reason for return and a copy of the applicable invoice. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid.

We will not accept merchandise for credit after 30 days from original date of shipment. Non-stocking merchandise (housings, quick-change rear ends, special length axles or sway bars, hubs, or drive plates with special bolt circles) cannot be returned.

All Speedway Engineering parts are intended only for use in high performance automotive competition. Therefore, it is not possible to warranty or guarantee the performance of any item. Further, we disclaim any liability for actions resulting from failure of Speedway Engineering parts durability. We disclaim any express or implied warranties.

Step 1: Notify Shipping Company

In case of damage or loss to your shipment, please notify the shipping company that delivered your parcel as soon as possible.

Step 2: Notify Speedway Engineering

Shortages must be reported within 30 days of invoice. Always make certain that you receive the complete number of packages for which you are signing.

In the event of the exchange or replacement of any items, the original item(s) must be in our possession before any adjustment or exchange can be made.

This information supersedes all previous policies and prices. All purchases are subject to the appropriate state sales tax. We cannot guarantee the continuous availability of all items in this catalog. We may not be held responsible for any typographical errors.
